Fit for Life
This group focuses on exercises and stretches designed to enhance balance, strength and flexibility, contributing to a better quality of life.

Golden Aerobics
Designed to work your entire body, this class benefits individuals who are looking for an active cardiovascular workout with intervals of strength, flexibility and range-of-motion exercises.

Senior Yoga
Meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 11:30 – Noon, in the Assembly Room.
Stretching
The wellness team guides residents through gentle stretches to enhance flexibility, balance and range of motion, making everyday tasks easier to perform.
Meets every Tuesday and Thursday, from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m., in Activity Room 6.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi features gentle, flowing movements performed slowly and with focus, and it places minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it accessible to everyone. Benefits include reduced stress, increased energy and improved flexibility and balance.

Walking Group
The wellness staff warms up and cools down participants with various exercises before and after a short walk. Join neighbors and friends for good music and conversation.

Water Exercise
Improve your overall health with a combination of aerobic conditioning, resistance training and balance exercises, while enjoying the beautiful pool.

Bridge for All
All are welcome to join in this trick-taking card game played by four players in two competing partnerships.
Meets every Wednesday, at 1 p.m., in the Card Room.
Chess Club
This club is for chess enthusiasts who want to sharpen their strategic skills in this classic game. All levels are welcome to join these informal games. Lessons are given on the last Tuesday of the month.

Corn Hole
Join fellow residents in a friendly competition playing this popular lawn game.
Meets every Monday, at 1:30 p.m., in Activity Room 6.
Cribbage
In cribbage, players must play and group cards together to earn points. New and experienced players are welcome to join.

Dominoes
Match the numbers on your tiles with those on the board and be the first to clear your rack.

Duplicate Bridge
This game is a variation of contract bridge that is widely used in club and tournament play.

Hand and Foot
A partnered rummy card game related to Canasta, it is played with two piles of cards called a “hand” and a “foot.”

Master Mason Bingo
Bingo games offer an upbeat social atmosphere for residents to enjoy each other’s company while playing a universally loved game.

Sequence
An abstract strategy tabletop game, where the objective is to create two sequences of five markers in a row.

Skip-Bo
A card game that combines strategy and luck, where players aim to use all their cards by building sequences in numerical order.

Swipe Card Game
A card game combining skill and luck, where the goal is to be the first player to use all 20 cards while catching other players with unplayed cards.

Friday Evening Classics
Listen to an hour of recorded classical music in high quality audio. There is a variety of composers, styles, moods, genres and instruments with an introduction to each piece. Feel free to bring friends and an optional beverage.

Jazz Ma Tazz
Relax with friends and neighbors while appreciating fine jazz music.
Meets on the last Friday of every month, at 7 p.m., in Activity Room 2.
Saturday Night at the Movies
Each week, residents gather to watch a movie.
Movies premiere every Saturday, at 7 p.m., in the Assembly Room.
Personal Interest Clubs
Art Studio
Residents can take advantage of open studio time and hone their skills through more than a dozen courses offered quarterly, ranging from watercolors to pastels to experimental art.
The art studio is open Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., with Friday hours posted periodically.
Book Discussion Group
This group meets and discusses the selected book of the month. All residents are welcome to attend.
Meets on the third Monday of every month, at 1 p.m., in Activity Room 2.
BYOB Social Exercise Club
This club encourages “social” exercise with a beverage of choice.
Meets every Tuesday and Thursday, at 4:30 p.m., in the Social Room.
Lifelong Learning Classes
Topics change monthly, and meetings include a DVD lecture with time for discussion.
Meets Mondays, at 4 p.m., in the Assembly Room.
Mindful Discussion Round Table
Join residents in friendly conversations, discussing pros and cons of various subjects.
Meets on the last Sunday of every month, at 1:30 p.m., in Activity Room 2.
Photography Club
Learn tips and techniques for using smartphones as a camera, take “field trips” to photography-related locations and work with others to help your new hobby flourish.
Meets on the last Tuesday of every month, at 10 a.m., in the Social Room.
Plarn
Join residents in crocheting mats using plarn, which is yarn made from plastic bags. The mats are donated to a local church, which provides them to homeless individuals.
Meets every Saturday, at 1 p.m., in the Social Room.
Project Linus Work Group
Join residents in creating blankets for Project Linus, a nonprofit organization that provides blankets and hats to children in need.

RLA Board of Directors Meeting
Residents are always welcome to observe the meetings and encouraged to volunteer on the Board.
Meets on the second Wednesday of every month, at 10 a.m., in the Social Room.
Sustainable Living Committee
This committee meets to discuss methods of promoting sustainability in Masonic Village and the broader community.
Meets on the first Tuesday of every month, at 10 a.m., in Activity Room 2.
Workshop
The Masonic Village Workshop provides residents a space for woodworking, crafting and minor repairs. There is a wide variety of hand and power tools available for use, and a separate finishing room for painting and varnishing. There are enough workstations for several people to work at the same time.
Writers Group
Join fellow residents to listen to and share writing creations, including essays, short stories and memoirs.
Meets on the second and last Monday of every month, at 10 a.m., in the Social Room.
Spiritual Groups
Bible Study
Each week, Rev. Tim Reichard leads residents through a sermon where they read the Bible and discuss scriptures.
Meets every Wednesday, at 1 p.m., in the Assembly Room.
