Those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias receive compassionate care in two secure, supportive neighborhoods of the Sturgeon Health Care Center. Daily activities include socialization, recreation, dining, exercise and rest.
Residences are tailored to maintain each individual’s dignity and respect in an environment that promotes memory stimulation and encourages feelings of self-worth.
Services included in the basic monthly service fee:
- 24-hour nursing services and routine medical services
- Dietary services, including special diets
- Social services
- Housekeeping and linen services
- Individual heating/air conditioning
- Recreational, social, wellness and spiritual opportunities
